Chichester Literacy Quiz

On Thursday, Ms Barkworth took 3 teams to take part in the annual Chichester Literacy Quiz at Chichester College.  They competed alongside 26 teams from other local secondary schools. In preparation for the quiz, the students had to read four books which they had to answer questions on as well as book general knowledge.  There were several rounds, including picture and anagram rounds.  All of our teams performed brilliantly, with our year 7 coming in 3^rd place overall.  In addition to the quiz, students had the opportunity to meet each of the authors and have their books signed by them, Well done to all of the students: Mya B Greta B, Maggie B , Ellie C, Mila D, Ava F, Sophie G, Ava H, Aimee H-J, Isla S, Scarlett S, Huxley T and Iris W.
