Record activities in a reflective journal

Click on the images for a range of resources and activities. You could also start a reflective journal to document your activities and the things you find out about yourself whilst doing these activities.

There are some great tips on how to write a reflective journal here. You can make your own journal by printing out the  template below (click the image to download), or make your own using a notebook, diary or planner.
