Home-Academy Communication

All information is sent home via email through Connect - a communication system that integrates with our existing Information Management System.

Email addresses are requested from parents/carers as pupils join the academy, but if you have not yet given us your email address or it has recently changed, then we would encourage you to let us have your correct details so that our records are up-to-date and that you do not miss out on essential communications. 

Photographic/video consent form

A photography and video parent/carer information and consent form, completed when a pupil joins the academy, explains the reasons why and how Ormiston Six Villages Academy and the Trust that manages us, Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT), may take and use photographs and videos of your child.
